Added support for localisation with .Lang files
- Not everything could get support, especially with the UI just yet, but once Noesis is out, we will try to get localisation for more of the book. Added API using the event system
- LootCaughtEvent
- FishingFailedEvent Info about the API can be found in the docs, including how to use it.
Fixes:
- removed an unused rod that kicked the player when used
- Fixed the naming of Linen Scrap
- Fixed Common_Minnow not showing as caught
